Pelican Releases Updated Long Cases

Pelican Products, Inc., the global leader in rugged, mission-critical protective cases and coolers, announced today that long cases in the Pelican™ Protector Case™ Series have received an upgrade.

Protector Case 1700 – Updates to the 1700 long case include a large over-molded folding top handle, over-molded side handles on both sides, and a 2” cored latch. The wheels are spread further apart, providing more stability and a stable standing orientation. It also features lid bosses that allow for one or two EZ-Click™ MOLLE panels for lid organization.

Protector Case 1720 and 1750 – Both of these cases feature a new 2” cored latch, two-hand over-molded top handle and over-molded side handles on both sides. Lid bosses allow for the placement of up to three EZ-Click MOLLE panels.

In addition to the protection a Protector Case provides, Pelican now offers protection on the inside. The new Pelican™ Anti-Corrosion Intercept Kit is the only environmentally friendly anti-corrosion kit that protects items from airborne contaminates that cause corrosion with no outgassing of harmful chemical vapors. The kit can protect a variety of items ranging from stored firearms to critical electronics.
